Here is a brief overview broken into three parts, the first third of the model produced looks like this. This part of the model should be viewed as the engine of the whole process which will propel the model to its destinations. Fueling this engine and combined in the right amount in the carburetor of the Gap Analysis, are the ingredients of the blend of the what our Mission leads us toward, what our Values tell us should be our goals, and what our Key Performance Indicators tell us we are doing well or poorly and where we might improve. These ingredients flow together with the Internal and External scans and the pre-planning dialogue begun by and with the constituent units of the system. The combustion of all these elements in the Gap Analysis helps to create our Vision and drive us towards the CCVC comprehensive planning exercise.
