Recognizing and welcoming returning and new members. Review of accomplishments and anticipation of Futures Forum events 2001-2002.Gaining knowledge of the theme and how it relates to Futures Forum activities. Initial assessment of CCVC service to students. Developing an initial GAP analysis for CCVC. Sharing GAP analyses and insights into student service. Common understanding and evaluation on the day

Facilities master planning and the role of the facilities master plan in CCVC planning; report on CQIN Institute experience; analysis of student satisfaction survey results; distribution of theme book for the year.

October 13, 2000

8:30am-2:00pm

Presentation by Michael G. Dolence, strategic planner and founder of the Institute on the College of the Community; inputs for planning, including additional external scan materials and appropriate internal scan documents; review and analysis of KPI results.

November 17, 2000

8:30am-2:00pm

Review of planning retreat materials, including discussion of location plans and internal scan process booklet; review and analysis of employee satisfaction survey results.
