Questions: Requests for copies of current Bid/Agreement forms, general forms and conditions should be addressed to the Purchasing Agent/Buyer listed.
Bidders who are in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Bid or Proposal packet or finds discrepancies, errors or omissions must complete a Bid/Proposal Question Form. Bidders should see Bid or Proposal packet for deadline or any additional information for regarding submission of the Bid/Proposal Question Form.
Bidder Protest:
Bidders who wish to formally protest to the Board the bidding process, prior to the Board taking action to award bid, must complete a Bidder Protest Form. This must be completed within five (5) working days after being notified by the Purchasing Department of the proposed award. Protests from Bidders and their agents will not be considered by the Board of Trustees during a public meeting if they have not followed this procedure.
